Simple burgers, not really special to be honest. Cheese was dripping off it, but it tasted just fine. The server was super nice. The location was delightful. But those french fries were money, just delicious. Hit the spot.

Only can speak about the drinks. Everything seemed normal. We buy drinks and take them to the red rocking chairs for a relaxing cocktail hour.

I expected better. With the "burger" in your name, u should have a good burger. These were not. Nothing seemed fresh. It was tasteless. Should have gone to Five Guys. A way better burger. The only positive here is the outdoor seating right by the dock. But not worth the bad food. Do urself a favor and go elsewhere.

Yes the burgers are a little overpriced, but when in HHI what isn't? Good casual spot in Harbor Town for a burger and a brew. Nice view and great for people watching!

Cocktails objectionably weak and consequently tasteless. Possibly due to capacity of the plastic glasses they are served in. We are staying at the Marriott nearby and stopped in for drinks after a trip to Savannah; I'll stick with beer or wine if I ever come back. They feel compelled to have entertainment. Tonight, have a solo lounge folk guy with lots of electronics that provide harmony; the effect is faintly reminiscent of the Eagles. Covers of Billy Joel and the Drifters short of the mark. We did not have food so can't comment. One oddity in South Carolina is that one apparently can't order burgers rare or medium rare -- supposedly a health dept thing, although you can order rare steak.

Very overpriced burgers. You pick your meat, your bun type, and your toppings. All toppings are ala carte and cost extra. Want cheese? Extra. Want pickles? Extra. Onions? Extra. You can easily drop a $20 for burger, fries, and drink. I'll cut them a little slack because its a touristy spot but at the end of the day you have to put a cap on what you can charge for a burger. I would have been more forgiving if they had good service and a comfortable sitting area...but they had neither. Service was slow and you sit in cheap plastic chairs at cheap plastic tables that are not level. Our table rocked back and fourth. Drinks and live music were both pleasant and the only recommendable feature of this place.

The perfect location to stop in when visiting this area IF the weather cooperates and there aren't bugs. Totally open air with fairly comfortable table and chairs under an umbrella. Too bad the food doesn't earn high marks. I ordered the Angus burger with regular accompaniments. The patty was extremely salty and had no "meaty" taste at all. Very overpriced for whatever it actually was. One person ordered the garden burger and thought it was ok. The kid's chicken fingers were of the heavily - breaded (maybe commercial) kind. The favorite meal was the barbecue. None of the meals were delivered as ordered and there was quite a bit of food - swapping going on in the kitchen. We first thought we had gotten some other table's order. Bottom line: overpriced even for the location.

Idk where to start. I think you have to be old, white and wear jewelry and stink of old bad cologne. Cause we sat here for 15 minutes and watched two tables get serviced before us. (They weren't even busy) Servers came running as soon as the old white people sat down and then us the left overs. Seeing the teen servers just "chill" and pick and choose who they want to serve just chaps my a$$. Good luck here guys.

After biking for 2 hours around Hilton Head, we stopped at the Marina for something to eat. The first thing we spotted was Harbourside and we sat down for some drinks and food. I noticed there were a lot of negative reviews about the service. I didn't find service to be poor. Our waiter was attentive and served us in a timely manner. I loved the atmosphere. This outdoor bar is my favorite kind of summer vacation lunch spot. It's right on the marina and near to a shady area with lots of rocking chairs. I actually loved this area. As for the restrooms--- They are public outdoor bathrooms... what do you expect? I actually thought they were VERY clean. No biggie. And as for the food... Average burgers. Not great but not terrible. I thought they were too expensive for just an average burger. That's the reason for 3 stars and not 4. A good spot for a laid back, simple lunch.

Good food but not much selection. Great for lunch. Fun, comfortable, reasonable hang out. Only outdoor seating. Casual. Friendly and attentive staff. I recommend sharing the pound of peel and eat shrimp for lunch. Daughter tells me burgers are good too. Good drink selection. Three stars because of lacking selection and I would not go out of my way to eat here. But, if in Harbor Town, it is my choice.

the food is decent. nothing to write home about. don't go for the salad; go for fried and cheesy - that's the best choices here. The location can't be beat and the staff are friendly, efficient, and make a great atmosphere to enjoy some time seaside and dip on a lovely cocktail!

Burgers weren't bad and music was decent. Service was lousy. They didn't seem to care. Had a waitress and then someone else that brings out the food, that never works. Drinks were slow to be served, follow up was non existent. Nice location, too bad they can't fix the service. The musician was decent and made it worth the wait. Also ate at the Quarterdeck and the service there was poor too. Everything else at Sea Pines was great...

Food is not very good; staff is a bit off. The service wasn't horrible but they all stood around and joked about things like, and I quote, "What, no! The burgers aren't frozen. We make them, uh, right here!" *everybody laughs*. (And ya, the burgers sucked). Subpar food and service, I'd say.

This really was one of the worst experiences we've had on HHI. we arrived at 7, sat down at 7:20 (which was fine) and didn't get served until almost 9pm, causing our kids to miss almost the entire concert. The orders were all wrong, the waters/drinks never came or came late, and they were out of key ingredients like turkey and mushrooms. The manager gave us 40% off the bill but it is still 2 hours of our vacation/life we'll never get back. Avoid.

Food was pretty good but the ambiance is fantastic. Doesn't get any better than Having burgers & beers sitting outside listening to live music.

Had a very nice evening with family and friends. Angus and garden burgers were excellent. The tomato focaccia rolls were a huge hit. Servers were efficient and very friendly. Luke Mitchell's music topped it all off.

Go for the fantastic view and quick efficient service. Do not go if you are seeking either a great beer list or a good burger as the name might suggest. I'd go back for a nice sit and a cold beer.

Nice place, weather, music. I gave 3 stars only for location, service gets 1 star. Service is terrible, actually non-existant. Our table was ignored until finally I got my 2 boys' drinks from the bar and asked the waitress for menus reminding them of our table. Took them a while to serve food and after that we were totally forgotten again. My husband had to go to the bar and pay!! Sad to see a nice place with terrible service.

Extremely poor service. Can't even review the food because we left before ordering! It was somewhat busy when we arrived but there were still quite a few empty tables. We weren't sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves and so we stood at the entrance for five minutes while several members of the waitstaff walked past us without even a nod. Eventually we approached one of them and she confirmed we could sit wherever we liked. After sitting down, we were again ignored for a full ten minutes. We watched two staff members slooooooowly clear a two-seater table together (there were three other empty, clean tables nearby). Four other servers walked past our table and pointedly avoided eye contact. Once the ten minutes had passed and we hadn't even been offered a menu, I went up to the bar to inform the servers that we were leaving because we had been ignored. Instead of a sincere apology and an attempt to make it right, I got a halfhearted, "Sorry about that, ma'am". We had been planning to make this our first stop before visiting the shops and other businesses in the area, but the experience left such a bad taste in our mouths that we left entirely and visited another part of town. Obviously, we will not be back.

Extremely limited food menu with average quality. Decent beer menu and a great location. Note that all seating is outdoors.

This is your casual, summer night dinner spot with live acoustic music on the water in Harbour Town. It was still packed when we went for dinner at 9:30pm (4th of July week), but the wait wasn't super long. Delicious burgers and toppings, though they could put more of the toppings on. Mixed drinks are good, but if they put them in an ice cold glass instead of plastic, they wouldnt get watered down in 10 minutes. Awesome that they offer a good gluten-free bun!!!

I enjoyed the grilled chicken burger! Cooked very nicely, didn't soak through the bun, good with provolone. Good chips as well. I also got the shock top. Always a good choice. Nothing too special about the place, but the food was good.

Jalapeño poppers and loaded fries. Food didn't come out hot, jalapeño poppers tasted like something you'd find in the frozen foods section of the bad local grocery chain. The daiquiri was decent but I'd need a few more to make me overlook the poor quality of the food. Service was spotty in addition. Try a different spot.

It's what you would expect from a tourist laden spot... decent but overpriced burgers and hot dogs, slow service. My main complaint was the bathrooms. .yuck!
